Not only does sleep help you maintain high energy levels (and your sanity!) but it’s where your muscles develop! All that work you do during the day is formed while you’re resting. Super important part of your health and fitness plan! I always try to get my 6-8 hours in. Having trouble sleeping? Add 5 drops of Lavender Essential Oil (I grab mine from Whole Foods and Amazon) to your pillowcase before bed. You’ll sleep like a baby!
